Fortune Cookie is a collectible item appearing in Shadow Warrior Classic and its expansions, Wanton Destruction and Twin Dragon. The item returns in Shadow Warrior (2013) and its sequel Shadow Warrior 2.

Fortune Cookie in Classic can be found hidden all over the game, usually hidden in secret areas. Once picked, the cookie gives +50 health boost and a satirical sentence or a nod to pop culture will appear on the screen. 100 cookies are present in Classic to collect. Classic fortune cookies have 22 text variations.
2013[]
Fortune Cookies return in the reboot but now only serving as traditional collectible. The health boost effect is massively reduced in the reboot, only healing 5 HP. Every fortune cookie in the reboot has unique text in it.
Shadow Warrior 2[]
Fortune Cookies return in Shadow Warrior 2.
Usage[]
Classic[]
Fortune Cookie is really useful when being low on health and/or running out of traditional medkits. It can also boost health above 100, so if there are other medkits around, use them first!
2013[]
Shadow Warrior (2013) fortune cookies have no physical use.
Shadow Warrior 2[]
Fortune cookies appears again in Shadow Warrior franchise, this time features not only jokes, but famous people's quotes. Player can find fortune cookie:
- After killing a Champion or boss (always);
- After destroying an unusuable crate (rare);
- After killing tougher enemies (very rare);
- Few spawned across the map in random locations.
In game there are 115 fortune cookies.
