Grenade Launcher is a weapon appearing in Shadow Warrior Classic and its expansions, Wanton Destruction and Twin Dragon.
Overview[]
The Grenade Launcher launches out a 40 mm explosive shell that bounces 3 times and then explodes. It is ideal for dealing death in hard to reach places like ledges, or around corners. It has a very large radius area of damage, so don't be too close when it detonates. By far, grenade launcher is worst choice for close range fights.
Also, grenade launcher is one of the few weapons in the game that doesn't require reloading, as it draws ammo from maximum ammo pool. Like the Rocket Launcher, grenades do not cause Coolies to spawn their ghosts.
Usage[]
Grenade Launcher is best to use when trying to wipe out entire room of enemies from distance. Use the way they bounce to your advantage as you can lob grenades right into enemy ambushes, hard to reach places that you cannot directly see or to carpet-bomb an area. Also, good to use against the bosses.
